Please note we do not communicate through messenger, text or email where complaints are made as we prefer to keep all complaint conversations precise and formal.
Refund requests: When bookings are made on our system we state our terms clearly . These include the explanation that once a ticket/course/retreat is purchased it cannot be refunded or rescheduled however the place can be attended by a friend or relative.
All bookings require your full agreement during the booking process of our terms and conditions. Without your digital agreement the booking would not have been completed.
Here are the terms you agree to with each booking.
Terms & Conditions Sound as a Bell Terms and Conditions. Please check the box in agreement to these terms. 1. Sound as a Bell are not responsible for external sounds from the venue. 2. Sound as a Bell are not responsible for snoring although we will do our best to stop the snorer. 3. Sound as a Bell ask for mobile phones to be switched off or to silent. 4. We do not permit latecomers to enter the venue once the class has started. 5. These classes are not suitable if you are pregnant or if you have a pacemaker please do not book if this relates to you. 6. Cancellations or reschedules are not permitted. However you can send a friend in your place. 7. Classes are for ages 10 to adults unless stated as a parent and child class. 8. Customers are to provide their own blanket, cushion and anything esle they need to keep comfy. 9. Sound as a Bell may contact you using the contact details you have priovded.
